What is your Return Policy for Online Purchases?
How long do I have to return my item?
You have 5 business days from the date of delivery to reach out for store credit in the event one is needed.
What are Final Sale Items?
All ‘Body Product” items.
I want to do an exchange, what do I do?
Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. As body products purchased, are not re-sellable items.
Do you offer Prepaid Return Labels?
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return unused items (Body Products NOT INCLUDED).
More Information Regarding Returns at Cmaak’NScents
Requests that are submitted after 5 business days from the delivery date will be denied. For store credit consideration, contact needs to be made within the first 5 days received, or no accommodation will be made. For store credit, pictures must be taken of the damaged products, or incorrect items immediately, and a request MUST be submitted within the 5-day limit. Items that show any signs of wear will be denied and returned to the customer, no exceptions!
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
· Please be sure to read the item description and view our scents, as all items come just as described and pictured. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled. Please email me for cancellations, and type “Order Cancellation with order number in the subject line.”
· Items must be unused and sealed.
· All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
· All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Cmaak’N Scents E-Gift Card.
· We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
· Store Credits are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
· Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
· Returns for store credit may incur a 15-20% restocking fee.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
· An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "false reports."
· An irregular or excessive returns history involving used, damaged, or missing/incorrect items; or
· Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed unless other arrangements have been made. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that show that it has been delivered.
CANCELLATION
Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been SHIPPED.
SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Cmaak’N Scents you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Cmaak’N Scents is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.
All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS.
Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We do not have any means to calculate the duration.
Cmaak’N Scents is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Cmaak’N Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Cmaak’N Scents will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
